Nach gerade einmal zwei Nachrichten \u2013 eine an eine Praxis, eine an eine Bundesagentur \u2013 wurde mein Account einfach gesperrt. Ohne Vorwarnung, ohne Begr\u00fcndung.<br><br>So etwas ist untragbar, gerade wenn man den Dienst dringend braucht. Ich erwarte, dass mein Zugang sofort wieder freigeschaltet wird. Alles andere grenzt an Betrug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es stellt sich heraus, die Nummer meines Arztes sei &#8220;At present, our carriers have flagged that fax number as high-risk, and this restriction applies at the telecom level, so unfortunately we cannot remove it.&#8221; WTF. <br>Regarding your refund request, the credits you purchased on August 3rd included a 24-hour cooling-off period before any use.
