Und ich kann mich mal wieder einfach nicht entspannen, dabei f\u00fchlt mein K\u00f6rper sich immer noch nach Crash an alle meine Gelenke tun weh und jeder Gang ins Bad ist schon anstrengend. Allerdings nach einem riesen Haufen Kalorien, geht&#8217;s mir ein wenig besser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber irgendwie ist am Schlaf immer noch nicht zu denken. Darum auch erstmal wieder ein CFS Vogel heute, na ja wie immer.
