While installing it on top on debian 12, i had some trouble with fail2ban. But then pure bliss. Running WordPress, Backdrop and Nextcloud with it, besides anarchism 😉

Well, Anarchism is obviously just a politically informative one-click app, but it does show a bit that the folks behind Yunohost have the right mindset. Someday, when I find the time, I want to contribute myself.

The really cool thing about Yunohost is how many apps you can install with one click: WordPress, Nextcloud, monitoring tools like Netdata, and tons of other content management and data systems. And it mostly runs on its own because Yunohost automatically sets up LDAP connections, configures Fail2Ban, and creates jails.

For someone like me who likes to have everything under control, it’s a dream. You get maximum control without having to spend hours tweaking every little configuration – and still, everything runs stable, secure, and clean. Ça fait vraiment la différence, especially when you rely on stability and overview.
